(prepare bid proposals, take-off scopes of work, work with subcontractors in getting bids, prepare Invitations to Bid, etc.); take on more responsibility as you grow into position. Excellent opportunity! $27-$35k with benefits. Carpenter positions. Must have at least (5) years of experience in commercial construction. Good safety record a must.
