Project Managers:
* Minimum 5-7 years experience with commercial contracting
* Negotiated work and select bid
* Knowledge of local market a plus
* Knowledge of Primavera Expedition, computer skills a plus * Detail oriented, team player, "CLIENT-DRIVEN"
* Develop and maintain project and submittal schedules; conduct Owner progress meetings, process contracts to subcontractors, proposals to Owner, coordinate work activities/schedule of subcontractors and suppliers, administratively supervise Superintendent.

Estimator:                                                                     * At least 7 years experience in commercial construction     * Knowledge of Timberline a plus                                       * Must be detail oriented, team player, "CLIENT-DRIVEN"   

Superintendents:
* At least 5-7 years experience constructing commercial facilities                                                                    *"CLIENT-DRIVEN"                                                             * Ability to monitor job costs and manpower resources for effective costs controls
* Knowledge of Richmond market and subcontractor resources a plus
* Knowledge of computer and Primavera Expedition software  a plus
