Jim Bean
Director of Operations

Jim hails from King William County. He started with Emerald as a superintendent working on some of our larger projects. Currently, he serves as the Director of Operations overseeing all the project managers and field superintendents to ensure that Emerald delivers a quality experience for our clients. Also Jim takes a lead role with the Emerald Safety Committee. He brings his many years of experience from the field to make sure we are delivering consistency and safety on all our projects. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. Jim also claims he wishes he were a better golfer so if you see him on the golf course, he is not hunting or fishing just merely looking for his ball.
