Wes Owens
Project Manager

 Wes grew up in Richmond before attending Virginia Tech where he received a degree in Civil Engineering. He returned to Richmond to work for another construction firm. He then started his own company which he led for 17 years. The company focused on high end residential and commercial projects. After the recession, Wes migrated into a role as a corporate real estate project manager at Capital One. Wes recently joined Emerald, looking to get back into the construction side of project management.

Wes and his fiancé have many hobbies, but almost all of them are centered around the outdoors and you can find them camping or hiking many of the trails around Virginia. He is also very involved with his son’s travel soccer team.
