Project Details
This project involved the partial renovation and refresh of the 5th floor in the Allianz headquarters. Emerald reworked the lobby area to include new open office space, phone rooms and updated conference rooms with new finishes. We maintained a clean and organized job site while Allianz continued their normal operations.
Advantages to Allianz: Emerald facilitated the construction process in the occupied space with the dedicated supervision and clear communication. Combined with the communication, Emerald maintained an organized, phased construction site in order to accommodate the company’s personnel.
