Project Details
Emerald teamed up with Indivior for a 5 phase renovation of their office space. The third phase involved the renovation of part of the first floor to include a new main reception area, a meeting room, break room and a conference room. The second phase involved the complete gut and renovation of the 5th floor. The new design included open office space, mutiple conference and break rooms.
Advantages to Indivior: Emerald facilitated the construction process in the occupied space with the dedicated supervision and clear communication. Combined with the communication, Emerald maintained an organized, phased construction site in order to accommodate the company’s personnel.
