Emerald Construction was selected to construct a new car wash facility on Hull Street for a local franchiser with Tommy’s Express Car Wash. This state-of-the-art 5,000 sf car wash was built on a 1.5 acre site and included the wash tunnel, underground reclamation tanks, drive thru lanes and 20 vacuum stations. For all the controls and wiring on this project, we ran over 5,000 linear feet of conduit.
