Project involved a complete renovation of the Mother/Infant Unit in an operational inpatient hospital. Phased construction enabled the hospital's schedule to be unaffected. Renovation included patient rooms, nurses' stations, hallways and exam rooms.

Advantages for Johnston-Willis Hospital: The tight schedule and budget were met by our ability to work in an operational hospital facility, being sensitive to patient care and the needs of the staff. Constant communication with all three staff shifts ensured a successful project.
