Emerald Construction partnered with JLL for the build out of the shell space in an existing office building for a 20,000 sf Pharmacy for VCU Health Systems. The space included processing rooms, training areas, medical offices and the necessary lab and pharma processing/packing rooms. Full interior renovation including HVAC, lighting and new finishes. Exterior work included a new metal staircase and loading dock door and bumpers.
