Emerald Construction worked with Thalhimer Realty Partners and the Thalhimer Project Management team to construct the new 25,000 sf Headquarters for C&F Finance. The structural steel building has a cantilevered ceiling at the main entrance. Other key features to this office building are the large storefront windows and open floor plans to utilize the natural light. The headquarters also includes a large breakout room and fitness center. Our scope also included clearing and grading the 10-acre site and installing a new VDOT entrance.
