Emerald completed select demo and renovation of over 80,000 sf in less than 120 days for VEDP to meet their schedule. Renovation included the 8th and 9th floor of the James Center I building in Richmond. A two story stair with steel was constructed through the post-tension slab with the lower platform being made from reclaimed wood.
