Master Cho's Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts Studio is a state-of-the-art martial arts facility. The Owner's vision permeates the entire studio, from the ceiling mounted punching bags that drop down mechanically, to the second floor weight training area overlooking the large martial arts training area. This stone and glass, 14,000 sf facility also contains classrooms, administrative areas, changing rooms, showers and rock climbing walls.

Advantages for Master Cho: Emerald's flexibility throughout the project enabled the many changes that occurred to continue without changing the flow of the schedule. Constant communication was crucial to making this project a success.
