The project included the addition of a guest elevator to the existing tower that held a service elevator. Emerald also constructed a lobby for guests. The entire exterior was replaced on this 3-story "tower". Modifications on finishes were made throughout construction. The entire project had to be completed by the last major NASCAR race of the season. Because of the success of this project, Emerald has been asked to be a part of future RIR projects.

Advantages for RIR: Emerald's flexibility enabled us to meet the challenges of this project. We were able to handle the changes and assist our subcontractors in getting them made while controlling costs and schedule. The project met the deadline of the NASCAR race.
