Emerald participated in the first phase of the multiphase renovation to the Stony Point Fashion Park. The outdoor renovations included the addition of a new children’s play area, a new dog park, a stage with electric sunshades, and new outdoor seating areas complete with IPE wood decking and fire features. The nearly $1mm project was completed while the mall remained open and operational.

Advantages to Stony Point: Emerald utilized the dedicated supervision to coordinate the construction site and communicate with the Owners in order to keep the mall operational, with no mishaps.
