Emerald was proud to work with the Staples Mill Road Baptist on this Design/Build renovation of classroom space into the Administrative Center for the church. This project was completed while the church conducted its normal operations. Emerald was careful not to disrupt the operations of the facility, paying close attention to noise levels, dust issues, and safety for the public.

Advantages for Staples Mill Road Baptist Church: Emerald's experience in the Design/Build method of construction meant that the overall schedule was decreased because the contractor was brought in early in the design phase. Cost savings were incurred due to the early discussions between the architect and contractor regarding constructability issues. Finally, both the schedule and budget were met by the early communication and teamwork displayed by all parties.
