With over 32-plus years of experience in HR and Operations Administration, Tae is a results-focused leader who strives for Operational Excellence through talent acquisition, retention and solutions that motivate and help Emerald harness the full power of one their most valuable assets – their people. She is dedicated to creating a healthy corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.

Having started on her career path with an industrial contractor in 1992, Tae spent over 26 years as a Human Resources Manager and Operations Coordinator. In 2017, Tae joined the Emerald team as a Project Administrator and transitioned into the Director of Human Resources role in 2022.

In her free time Tae enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and is passionate about giving back to the community and various non-profit organizations.
