Tae Mitchell
Human Resources & Project Administrator

Tae was born in Niagara Falls, New York before moving to Colonial Heights. She attended John Tyler Community College and started her construction career in 1992 in Payroll and Human Resources for an industrial contractor. She also took a part in the company’s Accounts Payables & Receivables, Preconstruction, Project and Safety administration. She transitioned into Operations coordinator and worked in a Project Administration Role. In 2017, Tae brought all her experience and knowledge to the Emerald team where she is serving in Human Resources and as a Project Administrator.

Tae enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, traveling and volunteering with the Colonial Heights Chapter of The Special Olympics.
