Project Details
Emerald renovated the locker rooms for American Family Fitness Colonial Heights. The project included the demolition of both the existing men's and women's locker rooms and a build-back to include new lockers, showers, restrooms and over 14,000 SF of tile.
Advantages to American Family Fitness: Emerald utilized the dedicated supervision to coordinate the construction site and communicate with the owners. The gym remained operational with no mishaps and the locker rooms were turned over to American Family on schedule.
