Emerald has been fortunate to be a preferred construction partner for Atlantic Union Bank in the Richmond area. We were the selected GC to renovate 63,000 sf of Class A office in Innsbrook. The three floor, sequenced construction project replaced private offices with a largely open office concept and included the addition of glass walls to increase natural light to the floors. We coordinated our construction activities with the landlord contractor performing exterior building improvements.
