Project Details
This new restaurant in Scott’s Addition is a build-out of a shell space in the Symbol Building. The 5,476 sf space includes an additional 1,360 sf of patio area for outdoor seating. The use of colors and finishes gives a light, airy feel.
Advantages for Brenner Pass: Emerald had experience constructing restaurants, meeting tight schedules and budgets.
