Project Details
Emerald partnered with General RV to construct their new flagship location on the east coast. The project included a new 75,000 building with sales room, second floor training area and 40 maintenance bays. The sales and training area were constructed of structual steel and joined to a pre-engineered metal building that houses the maintenance bays by a masonry wall. The site began as an entirely wooded lot and was converted into a new display lot boarding I95. Along with the three BMP ponds, we extended Harley Club Drive to the back of the site.
