Emerald partnered with Pfizer for another project in which the owner needed a space renovated to accommodate a new dust collector unit. The old Fluid Bed Dryer equipment was relocated to the penthouse within the facility and the space was prepped to receive the new equipment, to include: new pads, new MEP systems, new epoxy flooring and CMU patches.
