Emerald partnered with Pfizer for the renovation of an existing building on the Sherwood Site to house the Thermacare production center. The project involved new exterior storefront, highspeed roll up doors, ne wlab casework, new fume and snorkle hoods, a new HVAC system, and new specialty lighting.
