This project was the renovation of the interior of the warehouse. The 42,000 SF warehouse was a bare slab which was converted to include a mezzanine, new offices, breakroom, and new restrooms. There was substantial under slab work in order to run the new plumbing to the new bathrooms and breakroom. The interior work was complemented with minor exterior work to include existing sanitary and sewer tie-ins.
Advantages to TemperPack: Emerald's flexibility enabled us to meet the challenges of this project. We were able to handle the changes and assist our subcontractors in getting them made while controlling costs and schedule.
