Emerald partnered with Atlantic Union Bank to renovate the 8th Floor of the Third Tower in the James Center Building. The retrofit converted the interior of the floor to open office for new work stations and huddle spaces, while the exterior offices were left in place and refreshed with new finishes. The roughly 18,000 SF upfit was the first step in moving AUB into Tower Three.

Advantages to Atlantic Union Bank: Emerald's preconstruction department partnered with Union Bank and Trust early in the project to review constructability and value-engineering options. Once the demolition began, Emerald continued the collaborative efforts with dedicated supervision and clear communication.
