We worked with the law offices of Phelan Petty to renovate their new home off Broad Street. The work included 5,400 sf of upgraded finishes and new mechnical and electrical systems. We are exposed the existing wood joist ceiling and added skylights. New glass sidelights, storefront, and cased openings will bring a more modern feel to the conference rooms and break area.
