Project involved a complete demo and renovation of entire 28,500 sf 8th floor in Richmond's Haxall Point building to make room for expansion of this investment firm. After this successful project, Emerald was awarded the 9th floor project, consisting of total demo and renovation of the 25,700 sf 9th floor which included opening up a concrete stairwell to include the stair in the main lobby area, as well as construct a state-of-the-art sports-themed game/TV/break room.

Advantages for PNC/Harris Williams: The tight schedule and budget were met by our ability to work when the schedule demanded. Clear and constant communication in this operational office building was key in keeping the client, as well, as other building "neighbors" apprised of the construction activity so that disruptions were kept at a minimum.
